Armenian Melodies is a collection of Stephen Bayne's piano arrangements of traditional Armenian songs and dances.

Much of this music comes from the distant past, transmitted lovelingly from generation to generation by folk musicians and parents singing to their children. Other songs on this collection were first written down during the first decade of the 20th century by the priest, composer, and musicologist Komitas Vartabed, who is considered the father and guiding spirit of modern Armenian music.

The hauntingly beautiful songs are about springtime love and lost love, about the sadness of diaspora, and the longing for the beloved, beautiful homeland.
